Angella Johnson loves to empower entrepreneurs to think differently and follow their intuition instead of cramming themselves into one-size-fits-all formulas. She blends practical hands-on business tools and strategies with transformational inspiration and her keen intuition to teach your audience to create success with more ease and magic.

Frequently referred to as a messaging and marketing genius and the “Harry Potter” for business, Angella blends the world of strategy and intuition together to guide entrepreneurs to make great money doing the work they love.

After investing 250k on coaches and courses, Angella found some cold hard truth. Her soulful business could not fit into someone elses’ paint by numbers formulas no matter how hard she worked. Stop following the formula and flip the script to ask – what’s wrong with this formula?

Inspiration:
Angella got laid off from a university and the housing market was crashing in 2008, so she promptly started her business. She stopped chasing the 2 week paycheck and focused on what she wanted to do.

Challenge:
She saw people in coaching just chasing the next dollar and very unethical behaviors (mortgaging homes to join a program or divorce without questioning what they wanted in relationship). She wanted to create transformation without the manipulation, scarcity and fear. No one asked her what fulfilled her and this was what she had experienced in corporate. She sought a way to market coaching and transformation with integrity that honors what is true for people and not according to her agenda or income goals.

Overcoming Challenges:
Beth Grant’s alignment archetype grid was more Angella’s style and that led her to develop The Intuitive Marketing Matrix. She healed from the abusive marketing styles she encountered and now holds space for others to do the same.

Passion:
Angella’s passion is helping people become sovereign, independent, and financially free. To avoid patriarchal, manipulative marketing that keeps people small and just “looking pretty”. Her passion is showing people they can do it their way, make great money, and create global change with financial freedom to give back to causes they are passionate about.

Vision:
Angella has started The Collective for Creators that takes the best of masterminds and communities and puts it the materials in one place for female entrepreneurs to gather and create more of what matters. Her vision is to grow it to 1,000 members globally. Her vision for the world is more compassion, kindness, understanding, equality, inclusion, and diversity.

Advice:
Learn to write, design and communicate ideas. Angella uses these skills everyday in business. You are not the only person that wants deep soul fulfillment and to make money. Find those people and communicate with them.

Personal Growth:
Angella learned the power of choice. To choose a waiting list of clients rather than to spin around and wait for everything to be ready. She also learned to trust herself and be guided with her intuition. Ask: “If I trust myself, what would I choose? What would I say NO to? What would I say YES to?” Build your self-trust practice. Our life is created by the questions we ask ourselves.

Angella would tell her younger self to stop stressing over and judging her body, her money, and her love relationships. Love your body. Learn to eat intuitively. Stop waiting for the right energy around money mindset and just change your relationship with money and your money habits. Trust yourself.
