James Hodges is the CEO and co-founder of Next Level Coaches. He is from New Zealand who came to study in the US, specifically at UC Berkeley.

Coaching has been his passion since he was 16. He realized that all the strengths of this nature of work are just so amazing and this inspires him to build software to help coaches.
Balancing their time is one of the biggest obstacles that they bumped into when they started their business. They also had few challenges reviewing revenues and saving clients in a limited time.
James started on setting how much time to dedicate to his job. He learned finding the right guidance and right support is very important as well as patience. Just do it and commit to it and don’t let any excuses get on the way.
James is really passionate about what he does and so he created a program about how leadership looks like and the kind of environment there is in the new economy.
James wants to share this with the world and solve the world’s greatest problems. They are now working on the right strategy to help everyone.
The best advice James ever received is, “Surrender!”
When James started, he felt being not worthy enough or not good enough, and going through all that really helped him. Being in an environment with a city of entrepreneurs, it is full of emerging. For him, it is a never-ending journey.
