UNLEASH YOUR REVENUE AGREEMENT

By purchasing Unleash Your Revenue, you agree to become a client of Patricia Keating Corp., and you are acknowledging that you have read, agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. The Agreement with Patricia Keating Corp. (the “Company” or “we/us”) automatically becomes a binding contract between you and the Company, and applies to your participation in the program.

If you chose the 12-payment plan, your first payment is processed immediately and the remaining payments will be auto charged every 30 days for the remainder of the payments. No refunds will be issued at any time. The payment plans are solely offered to alleviate one large payment, and does not in any way constitute a ‘month-to-month’ type membership.

By making your first installment payment or full membership, you authorize the Company to charge your credit or debit card as payment for your enrollmentin the program. You agree that you are responsible for full payment of membership for the entire 12 payments, regardless of whether you actually attend or complete the program, and regardless of whether you have selected a lump sum or monthly payment plan.

Provisions of Unleash Your Revenue include the following:
1)  Private access which is available 24/7. All modules are housed in the membership area, and accessible at your leisure.
2)  An online community – a private Facebook group to network, share ideas, get feedback and support.

We respect your privacy and require that you respect the privacy of fellow program participants. You agree not to violate the publicity or privacy rights of any program participant. We respect your confidential and proprietary information ideas, plans, and trade secrets (collectively, “Confidential Information”) and require that you respect the same rights of all program participants and of the Company. You agree (1) not to infringe any program participant’s or the Company’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights, (2) that any confidential information shared by program participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the participant who discloses it or the Company, (3) you agree not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other program participants during program sessions. You further agree that, (4) any form of cross recruiting is prohibited, (5) all materials and information provided to you by the Company are confidential and proprietary intellectual property, and belong solely and exclusively to the Company, and may only be used by you as authorized by the Company, and (6) the reproduction, distribution (including online posting/sharing) of any audios, documents or training materials by anyone except the Company is strictly prohibited (7) you may not duplicate the courses or any part of Unleash 

your Revenue Membership Area in whole or part and/or distribute the information for any reason. Further, you agree that if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph, the Company and/or the other program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.

Any and all disputes regarding this agreement shall be decided pursuant to Oregon law and in an Oregon court with venue in Clackamas County. This written contract contains the entire agreement between the parties. Any oral discussions or statements not contained in this writing are not part of this contact. Any changes to this written contract must be in writing and signed by both
parties.

We have made every effort to accurately represent the program and it’s potential. Each individual’s success depends on many factors, including his or her background, dedication, desire, and motivation. By registering and paying your first month’s membership or full year membership, you acknowledge that as with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that you will earn any money as a result of your participation in Unleash Your Revenue. You also acknowledge that you have represented to the Company that payment of your program membership fees will not place a significant financial burden on you or your family.

The Company is not qualified to provide legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and the information provided to you by the program instructors is not intended as such. You should refer all legal, tax, accounting, and financial related inquiries to appropriately qualified professionals.

By signing this document, you are acknowledging and accept the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. If you purchase the program online, you are required to accept the terms via electronically initialing and this document is a copy for your records.
