Inspiration:
Isabelle was raised in a hair dresser salon amongst entrepreneurs where her mother taught her how to create an outstanding experience for themselves and their clients. There are a lot of bad businesses without love and intention. Isabelle made it her mission to build better experiences and ensure businesses are built better with less frustration. She helps entrepreneurs position themselves as the first, the best or the only by making their businesses better.
Challenge:
Her business grew really fast to over 20 employees and she had to learn how to be a better leader while stepping out of roles and delegating so she could step back from the business when and if she wanted to.
Overcoming Challenges:
She hired a coach to help guide her through the struggle of fast growth from her first year to still having a coach 30 years later. Coaching is not about knowing, it’s about being supported. Isabelle spent a few years without a coach and will never do that again! Having a coach helped her and her business partner to work on the “important” in business and not just the “urgent”. Working on the urgent is an architecture for disaster! Having a coach helped Isabelle manage her business partnership and sustain it and grow it.
Passion:
Isabelle is passionate about helping entrepreneurs build businesses that stand the test of change – brands that make life better, businesses that thrive in any economy – with the right position, personality and performance. Your position is the heartbeat of the business and without it, there is no business.
Vision:
Her vision is to elevate all 8 Key areas of growth in a business (brand & culture, mindset & inner game, money & KPI, sales & marketing) – to see new growth and new objectives in each aspect every year to avoid these “bleeding arteries” of the business. Isabelle is aspiring to reach more clients around the world in fun and innovative ways and continue growth that makes life better for clients and her team.
Advice:
Treat yourself like your own best client. Work with yourself like you’re the million dollar client – this allows you to work on your business as your own client on your production board.
Personal Growth:
Isabelle has learned patience and communicating in a way that more people hear without any sugar coating or wearing white gloves. Clear, intelligent communication is kind to others and true to yourself. She learned how to communicate constructively and authentically to her likes and dislikes so it lands in a way that everyone wins.
