Tiamo was inspired by the ability to touch, inspiring and transform people’s lives though the power of music and message.
Challenge:
Tiamo faced a bunch of challenges along the way. Working on too many things and trying to help too many people at the same time, rather than being more focused. Negative influences of people that were not aligned with Tiamo’s purpose. He was also very distracted working on many arts of the business, but he was not able to achieve consistent results. Also, time management was also a huge stumbling block for him.

Vision:
He wants to get out to one million people and them touched and transformed by his message.
Advice:
The best advice he has received is doing what scares him the most. Each time he breaks through those fears, he becomes a better person and is able to serve his audience in a much deeper way.
Tools, Podcasts & Books:
He hires interns to be a part of his team. He pays them with the programs and trainings he offers. He also ends his working day by checking email then, instead of first thing in the morning, in order to be the best creative an productive person he can be. He also blocks his time each day to segment his work and his tasks. He also tasks someone on his team to check his emails, so Tiamo can focus more on his tasks.
He likes to use Zendesk to manage his customer service requests.
Looking Back:
Looking back, Tiamo would tell his younger self to choose a path that has greater impact over greater reach. He would also recommend to himself to get mentors and coaches much earlier to help him along, since it would save a lot of wasted time and money. Also, stop getting distracted.
